LalBrew NovaLager™ is a true bottom-fermenting Saccharomyces pastorianus hybrid (non-GMO), selected to produce clean lager-style beers with the optimal fermentation performance of ale yeast.

Flavour & Aroma Profile:  Enhances aroma and flavor with a balanced ester profile, delivering subtle fruity notes while maintaining the beer’s clean character.

Performance and Application:  Produces lager styles at higher fermentation temperatures, lower pitch rates, and faster fermentation times than traditional lagers. Produces a clean, unique lager profile with high attenuation and medium flocculation. Low VDK/diacetyl and will not produce hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), leading to reduced maturation times associated with Lager beer production.
